This policy applies to luminisbonhomie.com, the LB web and mobile experiences, staffing requests, professional onboarding and support communications controlled by Luminis Bonhomie LLC.
2. Information we may collect
- Account identifiers such as name, email, phone and Worker ID.
- Business contact, venue, event and staffing-request details.
- Professional profile, role, availability and onboarding status.
- Shift activity including clock events, corrections and approvals.
- Location only when a user takes a location-enabled action, such as clock-in.
- Payment or billing references provided by regulated payment providers.
The public marketing website is not designed to collect Social Security numbers, ITINs, bank credentials or identity documents. Those items must never be sent through a public contact link.
3. How information is used
We use information to operate staffing assignments, verify identity and time, communicate event instructions, calculate payroll and billing records, prevent fraud, provide support and meet legal obligations.
4. Service providers
LB may use infrastructure, authentication, payment, accounting, messaging and calendar providers. Providers receive only the data needed for the configured service and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.
5. Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for operations, tax, payroll, insurance, dispute, audit and legal requirements. LB uses role-based access, audit records and provider controls, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@luminisbonhomie.com. Some records must be retained for payroll, tax, fraud-prevention or other legal purposes.
7. Children
LB is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
